About Us

Who We Are

Generation Next XYZ Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2018, dedicated to empowering the youth of our community today with the knowledge and skills essential to becoming tomorrow's compassionate and effective leaders. Inspired by the Word of God, we nurture young minds by encouraging personal study time, individually and with peers, enabling them to develop a strong foundation of faith and values.


At Generation Next XYZ Inc, we are committed to addressing the critical needs of our community's youth. Through our unique approach, we strive to instill leadership qualities, foster critical thinking, and equip young individuals with the wisdom and guidance found in God's Word. Our mission is to shape responsible and caring citizens who positively impact their communities and embrace lifelong learning and service. We mold tomorrow's leaders today. 

Our Story

It all started with a request to lead our Youth Ministry at a local church in Phoenix, AZ, in 2012. My wife Kimberlie and I gladly accepted and were excited to get started. We wanted to bridge a gap, and this required youth mentors they could go to and learn from. We listened to and heard these young people's real-life needs and desires in our first meeting. Despite feeling ignored, they were bright, talented individuals with much to offer and had no platform to express themselves. That first meeting turned into so much more. These young people wanted and needed guidance. We learned more about present issues their generation faced. What an eye-opening experience! My wife and I began to inspire, educate, and mentor these youth to encourage them to one day impact their communities themselves. Make the impact they dreamed of making. Before we knew it, Generation Next was born! We often discussed that what they do now matters since they will build up the generation following them. We were continually met with the response, "Yeah, We Got Next...," which led to our hashtag #WeGotNext.

Preparing our youth to become productive citizens who can make a positive impact in their community can be a challenge. We strive to provide that additional support and encouragement. With the right christian foundation, they can make a better tomorrow for us all. Our partnership affords our communities new outlets for motivational growth through youth ministry and the lives of these young people.

Generation Next provides youth & young adults with spiritual, mental, and physical development that gives them the tools and foundation to become successful citizens in today’s society. Our organization provides mentorship programs, volunteering opportunities, financial planning workshops, and other educational resources in the Phoenix, Queen Creek, and Gilbert area.

Mentoring is a key to our success at Generation Next. We know that it is important to connect with the right individuals who can assist in guiding you through lifes journey. Their experience and expertise can aid in your personal growth as well. That’s why Generation Next encourages you to do the same for our youth. More people volunteer to mentor with us each year.
