With years of experience in nonprofit leadership and coaching, BJ has guided dozens of young people through programs that build confidence, financial literacy, and community engagement. His vision has expanded Generation Next from a small church initiative in Phoenix, AZ to a growing nonprofit serving youth across multiple states. He is driven by his belief that every young person deserves a mentor who sees their potential.
